twostepcub's music chart for June 6, 2014....
Friday is here, and I've got my top 100 tunes from the week. This week South African rockers KONGOS claim their first #1 hit with "Come With Me Now", while Ingrid Michaelson (pictured above) channels the spirit of Robert Palmer up two spots in the top ten. Songs by Katy Perry, Hozier, and Cole Plante make the biggest jumps (moves of 10+ places highlighted in red), while former big hits from Kylie Minogue, Jason Aldean, and Ellie Goulding drop off my list. Happy sails to you!

(click below to see the rest of the post)
The top entry of the week at #85 is the stitched up "duet" from the late Michael Jackson with the very much alive Justin Timberlake with "Love Never Felt So Good" from Jackson's second posthumous album Xscape. I admit I love this more than anything from the last one...
New Zealand's treasure Lorde places her third single on my list with "Tennis Court". Her last, "Team", is still in the top half of my chart at #46...
Just in time for Pride month, "out" dance music singer Jason Walker teams up with the awesome remixing team Bimbo Jones at #89 for a remake of Taylor Dayne's "Tell It To My Heart", which topped my personal chart way back in 1987...
Soul singer Kelly Price comes in at #91 with "It's My Time"...
Brad Paisley was in the news this week for "photobombing" the Westboro Baptist a-holes, and now he's in at #96 with "River Bank"...
The final new entry of the week is New Hollow with "She Ain't You"...
That's all for my personal chart for the week....thanks for stopping by, and I'll be back tomorrow with my five-part "chart sweeps" of the songs reaching the charts in Billboard magazine....Cheers!
