"Watching Cars Go By" was a club hit for DJ/producer Felix Stallings Jr, aka "Felix Da Housecat". Appearing on his album Devin Dazzle and the Neon Fever, the song was written by Felix, who co-produced the track with Dave "the Hustler" Jenefsky, and featured vocals from someone named "Donna The Cyberwh*re". On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #39 in 2005, and also got to #49 on the British Singles Chart.
