"Critical (If You Only Knew)" was a club hit for Wall Of Sound, a side project from dance act Mood II Swing's John Ciafone and Lem Springsteen. Appearing on the group's sole album Storybook, and featuring vocals from Gerald Lethan, the song was written by Springsteen and produced by the group. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #7 in 1993. It was also a minor hit on the British singles chart at #73.
