"Played-A-Live (The Bongo Song)" was a club hit for Danish dance act Safri Duo. Appearing on their album Episode II (their sixth record), the song was written by the duo's Ulfe Savery and Morten Friis along with producer Michael Parsberg. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #7 in 2001. It was a huge success internationally, reaching the top ten on the singles charts in most of Europe, and going to #1 in their home country and Switerland and #6 in the UK.
