"Situation '99" was a big club hit for the British electropop duo Yazoo. Released on their compilation Only You - The Best Of Yazoo, the record was an update of their 1982 club classic written by Vince Clarke. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent three weeks at #1 in 1999.
