"Guitarra G" was a big club hit for Banda Sonora, a project from DJ/producer Gerald Elms, who goes by the moniker G Club. released as a stand-alone single, the song was written and produced by Elms using an interpolation of the disco classic "Bourgie Bourgie" by Ashford & Simpson. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent a week at #1 in 2001.
