"This Isn't Maybe" was a club hit for Austrian producer Klaus Waldeck. Appearing on his album The Night Garden, the song was written by Waldeck using a sample of Chet Baker's "This Is Always", written by Harry Warren and Mack Gordon. It features vocals from British singer Joy Malcolm. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #46 in 2001.
