Belgian singer Ellie Delvaux, who performs under the moniker Blanche, represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017, where her entry "City Lights" ended up in fourth place. I wasn't really a fan of her live performance, but I thought the song showed she had potential as a recording artist.
