"Rock Solid (Rock Around The Disco)" was a club hit for Chi Chi Favelas, an alias used by British actress and singer Kay Garner. Appearing on her sole album Rock Solid, the song was written by producer Alain Wisniak with future electropop icon Lene Lovich. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-80 chart, the single peaked at #77 in 1979.
