"Missing You" was a big radio and minor club hit for British rock singer John Waite. Appearing on his album No Brakes, the song was written by Waite with Mark Leonard and Charles Sandford, and produced by the singer with David Thoener and Gary Gersh. Disco legend John Luongo remixed the track for the clubs. On Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80, the single peaked at #27 in 1984, while going all the way to #1 on their pop Hot 100 and Rock radio charts.
