"Strawberry Fields Forever" was a club hit for the English dance-pop duo Candy Flip. Appearing on their sole album Madstock, the record is a remake of the classic Beatles song written by John Lennon, this time produced by the act's Danny "Dizzie Dee" Spencer and Ric Peet. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #9 in 1990, while reaching #11 on their Modern Rock radio chart. It also made it to #3 in the UK and #7 in Ireland.
