"Come Back" was a club and radio hit for the J. Geils Band. Appearing on their album Love Stinks, the song was written by the group's lead singer Peter Wolf and keyboardist Seth Justman, with the latter producing the track. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-100 chart, the single peaked at #69 in 1980, while reaching #32 on the pop Hot 100.
