"Helpless (I Don't Know What To Do Without You)" was a big club hit for Urbanized, one of the monikers used by the collaborations of DJ/producers Lem Springsteen and John Ciafone, featuring vocals from Silvano. Appearing on the soundtrack to the movie Jeffery, the song was written by Springsteen and produced by the pair. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent two weeks at #2 in 1992.
