"Body Talkin'" was a club hit for Kathy Barnes, a country music singer who veered into disco at its height. Appearing on her album Body Talkin', the song was written by Barnes with Don Pfrimmer, and produced by disco legend Dave Burgess. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top 80 chart, the single peaked at #64 in 1979.
