"Tokyo Rose" was a club hit for the studio act Kamikaze. Released as a stand-alone single, the song was written by Nicky Pesco with Mic Murphy and David Frank, otherwise known as the System (this was a side project of theirs). On Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80 chart, the single peaked at #54 in 1984.
