"Water Wave" was a club hit for Dutch DJ's Mark Van Dale and Enrico (Erik De Koning). Released as a stand-alone single, the song was written and produced by the pair, which rides on an interpolation of the Rolling Stones' track "The Last Time", as performed by the British band the Verve on "Urban Symphony", which is why the European version of the track is called "Water Verve". On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #19 in 1998. It also reached the top ten in Austria and Belgium.
