"Heroin" was a club hit for punk rocker turned pop star Billy Idol. A cover of the Velvet Underground's art-rock classic from 1967, the Lou Reed song appeared on his album Cyberpunk. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #16 in 1993.
