We're at the hump of this week's 'music sweeps', sampling the songs reaching the charts in Billboard magazine, and this time out I've got the latest on R&B radio...

On their main R&B/HipHop Airplay chart, Rihanna and Drake spend a second week at #1 with "Work".  It's her fourth chart-topper here...

Newcomer Kent Jones arrives at #45 with "Don't Mind"..

Hip-hop artist Belly rolls in at #48 with "Might Not" featuring The Weeknd...

Meanwhile, on the older-skewing Adult R&B radio panel, Lalah Hathaway is on top for a fourth week with "Angel"...

Neo-soul songstress Jill Scott enters at #22 with "Can't Wait", my "Soul Pick of the Week". It's the third single from her amazing Woman album. The first, "Fool's Gold", went to #4...

Chrisette Michele drops in at #29 with "Unbreakable". Back in 2013 she climbed to #2 with "A Couple Of Forevers"...

Lastly, on the Rhythmic format, whose stations include more dance/pop music in their playlists, "Work" is on top for a second week...

Justin Bieber jumps in at #32 with "Company". The fourth single from his Purpose album, the second of which, "Sorry", went to #1 here...

Hip-hop artist Bryson Tiller follows up his breakthrough single "Don't", which peaked at #10 on this chart, with "Exchange", which comes in at #36...

Rapper Future is back at #39 with "Low Life" featuring the Weeknd...

And pop singer/songwriter Meghan Trainor slips in at #40 with "NO" ...
