Soul Sweep: February 7, 2015...

Meanwhile, on the older-skewing Adult R&B radio panel Avery Sunshine remains at #1 for a fifth non-consecutive week with "Call My Name", while the aforementioned "Uptown Funk" is the top new entry at #17...

Aretha Franklin drops in at #30 with her cover of Adele's "Rolling In The Deep", my "Soul Pick of the Week"...

Lastly, on the Rhythmic format, whose stations include more dance/pop music in their playlists, Usher climbs to #1 with "I Don't Mind" featuring Juicy J...

The solitary newbie on the chart at #39 is Meghan Trainor's top-10 pop hit "Lips Are Movin'"...

I'll be back with the latest country songs on the radio...
