The big debut on the chart at #32 is K-Pop sensation PSY, whose "Gentleman" has racked up over 200 million views on YouTube (probably sending Bill Werde into premature ejack)....

French reggae performer Keen'V comes in at #64 with "Ca Va Le Faire!" ("Gonna Do"). He took "J'aimerais Trop" to #3 in 2011. This is by "French pick of the Week"...

German dance act Italobrothers (misleading, no?) arrive at #67 with "This Is Nightlife"...

Scottish DJ/producer Calvin Harris enters at #74 with "Drinking From The Bottle". As a lead artist, Calvin has gone top-20 with "Sweet Nothing" and "Feel So Close". Its featured artist, British rapper Tinie Tempah, went to #21 with "Written In The Stars"...(NSFW)
