"One Chain (Don't Make No Prison)" was a club hit for the classic rock band Santana. Appearing on their album Inner Secrets, the song was written and produced by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter, and first recorded by the Four Tops in 1974, which went to #3 on Billboard magazine's R&B chart. The remix of the song was done by disco legend John Luongo. On Billboard's Disco Top-80 chart, the single peaked at #53 in 1979.
