"LaSo Square (Are You Ready)" was a club hit for the Latin soul studio group LaSo, led by Filipino-American musician Joe Bataan. Appearing on their only album LaSo, the song was written and produced by Bataan and remixed by disco legend John Luongo. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the LaSo album was listed as a single entry, with "LaSo Square" and "Another Star" as key cuts. The record peaked at #27 in 1977.
