Disco Dessert 5/12/21 - "Yeha-Noha" from Sacred Spirits...

 

 

"Yeha-Noha (Wishes Of Happiness And Prosperity)" was a club hit for German-based studio act Sacred Spirits. Appearing on their 1994 album Yeha-Noha, the track derives from a traditional Native American song with vocals from Navajo elder Kee Chee Jake, and produced by Claus Zundel. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #13 in 1995, while topping the French singles chart and making the top-40 in Britain at #37.
