"Take A Chance" was the first and biggest club hit for Gloria Brooks, who recorded under the moniker Queen Samantha for TK Disco, once the big Miami disco label home of KC & The Sunshine Band. The song reached #14 on Billboard's Disco/Dance chart in 1979.
