Song You Should Know About 4/9/15 - Salt Ashes' "Raided"...

Today's SYSKA comes from Veiga Sanchez, a British singer/songwriter who records under the moniker Salt Ashes, who is currently ruling the clubs with her dance hit "If You Let Me Go". With a sound channeling equal parts Kate Bush and Depeche Mode (the latter which she covered flawlessly the title track of my favorite album of all time, Black Celebration), the single is so far one of my personal faves of 2015 so far. In the meantime, she's released a new single, "Raided". With another mind-grabbing bassline propelling the song, Sanchez's cool, and at times ethereal delivery gives the funky darkness Lana Del Rey works so hard (and has remixers) to get...
