Today's Song of the Day comes from the Canadian pop/rock band Glass Tiger, who broke through on American radio in 1986 with their Bryan Adams-assisted hit "Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)". Their next American single, "Someday" (also written by the band with Adams cohort Jim Vallance), slowed the pace to midtemppo for an easy-going record that did better in the States than in the Provinces...

"Someday" became Glass Tiger's second and final American top-10 pop hit in January of 1987, while peaking at #14 in their native Canada. Internationally, the record was a minor hit in England (#66) and Australia (#97).
