Dance Sweep: December 7, 2013...
We're down to the last "chart sweep" of the day, tracking the songs reaching Billboard magazine's singles chart, and we'll wrap things up with the latest dance jams on the radio and in the clubs.
On the DJ-polled Hot Dance Club Play chart, Russo-German DJ and producer Zedd scores his third #1 hit out of three singles with "Stay The Night" with Paramore's Hayley Williams..
The big entry of the week at #44 is Jade Starling, who in the 80s fronted the dance pop band Pretty Poison, with "Insomniak" featuring Lee Dagger....

Jody Watley makes a very welcome comeback at #49 with one of my favorite dance tracks in quite a while, the official "waack" anthem, "Nightlife"...
...and right behind at #50 is "Thursday" by the Pet Shop Boys with Example...
Meanwhile, on the radio-monitored Hot Dance Airplay/Mixshow chart, the aforementioned "Stay The Night" also makes it to the #1 spot....
Leaping in at #10 is Vice with Mike Taylor with "World Is Our Playground"...
Texan trance duo Tritonal are in at #17 with "Now Or Never" featuring Phoebe Ryan...
Denver DJ duo Manufactured Superstars arrive at #18 with "Like Satellites" featuring Danni Rouge...
3LAU and Paris & Simo team up at #23 with "Escape" featuring Bright Lights (who also is at #7 with "Never Say Goodbye")...
The final entry at #24 is Avicii with "Hey Brother" featuring vocals from Dan Tyminski from bluegrass band Union Station...
That's it for tonight....I'll be back tomorrow with another song of the day, part one of my "album sweep", and my British music recap. Cheers!
