Dance Sweep: May 9, 2015...

I'm ready to wrap up today's 'chart sweeps' sampling the songs making their way on to the charts in Billboard magazine with the latest dance jams in the clubs and on the radio...

On the DJ-polled Dance Club Play chart, Kelly Clarkson claims her fourth #1 hit with "Heartbeat Song"...

Club vet and former half of C&C Music Factory Robert Clivilles teams up with Kimberly Davis (who also sings on the new Chic track) with the top new entry of the week, "Set Me Free". It's his most ambitious and emotional undertaking yet in this video, and it's definitely heart-grabbing, and it's my "Dance Pick of the Week"... Edit: Oh lord, I didn't catch that this was an ad for the Jehovah's Witnesses. What the actual hell has Rob come to?

The #1 song on the Hot 100, "See You Again" from rapper Wiz Khalifa with singer/producer Charlie Puth, moves in at #32...
