The weekend is coming to a close, and it's time to check out the songs making their debut on the official singles chart in Britain this week, as Jamaican reggae singer OMI climbs to #1 for his first chart-topping single with the Felix Jaehn remix of "Cheerleader"...

Canadian pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen lands her third top-10 hit in the UK as "I Really Like You" is the top debut at #3. She went to #1 back in 2011 with the unstoppable "Call Me Maybe"...

Swedish DJ/producer Alesso lands at #10 with "Cool" featuring Roy English. It's the third top-ten single from his upcoming FOREVER album. The first, "Under Control" with Calvin Harris, went to #1. This new one samples the Kylie Minogue nugget "Get Outta My Way", which peaked at #12 in the UK in 2010...


another Swedish dance artist, AronChupa, takes his European hit "I'm An Albatraoz" to this country at #25...


British "grime" rapper Skepta arrives at #39 with "Shutdown". It's the second single from his Konnichiwa album. It follows "That's Not Me", which went to #21...


It's a good week for the Swedes, as singer/songwriter Tove Lo moves in at #84 with "Talking Body". Her last two hits, "Habits" and "Heroes" (the latter with Alesso), both went to #6...


Dutch R&B/pop singer Natalie La Rose takes her top-10 American hit "Somebody" featuring Jeremih to this list at #91...


The final newbie of the week at #99 is another American import, rapper T-Wayne, with "Nasty Freestyle"...
