Today's Song of the Day comes from the female dance-pop act Exposé, which was the brainchild of Miami-based producer/DJ Lewis Martinee', who put together a trio in 1984 (originally as X-Posed), and landed a #1 club hit with "Point Of No Return". However when it came to record their debut album, all three members were replaced, with Jeannette Jurado, Ann Curless and Gioia Bruno filling in the trio's spots. The first single under the new line-up, "Come Go With Me", was an even more fast-paced slice of freestyle with Jurado singing lead on the Martinee-penned track. It became the trio's first pop hit...

"Come Go With Me" reached the pop top-5 in America in April of 1987. The 12" single topped the dance chart for two weeks in Billboard magazine, and the record also crossed over to the R&B chart at #14. North of the border, the single peaked at #19 in Canada.
