"Dancin' Fever" was a club hit for singer and actress Claudja Barry. Appearing on her second album The Girl Most Likely, the song was written by producer Jürgen S. Korduletsch with Jorg Evers. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the single was listed along with its "B-Side", "Johnny Johnny (Please Come Home)". It peaked at #7 there in 1978.
