"U Remind Me" was a club and radio hit for Usher. Appearing on his third album 8701, the song was written by Anita McCloud and producer Eddie Clement. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #41 in 2001, his first and only dance hit that decade, though that would change greatly in the next one. It also topped Billboard's pop and R&B charts as well.
