"It's My Life" was a radio and club hit for the British new wave band Talk Talk. Appearing on their album It's My Life, the song was written by lead singer Mark Hollis with producer Tim Friese-Greene. On Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80 chart, the single spent a week at #1 in May of 1984, while reaching #31 on their pop Hot 100.
