British neo-house sibling duo Disclosure pop on to the top-10 after almost four months on the chart with "Latch" featuring vocals from British singer Sam Smith. They've already been here before, with "You & Me" featuring Eliza Doolittle, which climbed to #2 in this country.

The other debut this week at #10 comes from Parisian rapper Black M with "Je Ne Dirais Rien" ("I Wouldn't Say Anything"), featuring hip-hop duo Shin Sekai and Doomams. This is his third top-ten hit; he topped the chart earlier this year with "Sur Ma Route"...
