French Sweep: September 2, 2014...

Bonjour, mes amis, it's time to cross the Atlantic yet again to check out the songs making the official singles charts in France this week, as Lilly Wood & The Prick stick around at #1 for a seventh week with "Prayer In C"...

The top debut of the week belongs to Kendji Girac, who won the third season of this country's version of The Voice. The singer, who hails from the southwestern French town of Bergerac, went to #19 earlier this year with "Color Gitano". (You can check out the full length audio cut by clicking here). Now he's here at #26 with "Andalouse"...

French soul singer Ben L'Oncle Soul, who has been racking up chart entries in the last few weeks, lands at #40 with "à coup de rêves" ("Suddenly Dreams"). The track, this week's "French Pick of the Week", is the first this year to make the top-40 and his second overall after "Soulman" in 2011..

American pop/rock hitmakers OneRepublic arrive at #76 with "Love Runs Out". It follows "Counting Stars", which made it to #7 over here...

Lenny Kravitz returns at #82 with "Strut". Earlier this year he made it to #86 with "The Chamber"...

British neo-house duo Disclosure and singer Sam Smith take their top-10 US hit "Latch" to the chart at #89. They previously peaked at #2 with "You & Me" with Eliza Doolittle...

The final debut of the week is from newcomers Panzer Flower with "We Are Beautiful" featuring vocals from Hubert Tubbs.
