"I Believe" was a big club hit for the British dance group Happy Clappers. A re-release of their top ten British single from 1995, this version was reworked by Chris Cox, one half of the Thunderpuss team. The track was written by the act's Chris Scott, Graeme Ripley, Martin Knotts and Mark Topham. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent a week at #1 in 2003.
