Disco Dessert 3/11/20 - "Think (About It)" from Lyn Collins....

"Think (About It)" was an R&B hit that many feel predated the rise of disco in America. Appearing on her album Think (About It), the song was written and produced by the legend James Brown. Way to early to appear on any "disco" chart in 1972, it rose to #9 on Billboard's R&B chart, while being a minor pop hit at #66. It's now best known as the sample in Rob Base and DJ EZ-Rock's rap classic "It Takes Two". Sadly, Collins passed away in 2005.
