"Love Is The Answer" was a club hit for the Underground Network featuring singer Pierre Salandy. Released as a one-off single, the song was written by the group's leader Don Welch with Al Mack, with Don co-producing with dance music legend Barbara Tucker (who sings backup as well). On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #41 in 1999.
