"The Freaks Come Out" was a big club hit for Cevin Fisher's Big Freak, a moniker used by DJ/producer Cevin Fisher from East Orange, New Jersey. Released as a stand-alone single, the song was written and produced by Fisher. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the track spent one week at #1 in 1998.  It also was a top-40 hit in the United Kingdom at #34.
