"This Time Baby" was a big club hit for R&B/disco singer Jackie Moore, who just passed away yesterday. Appearing on her album I'm On My Way, the song was written by LeRoy Bell and Casey James (who had their own disco classic with "Livin' It Up (Friday Night)") and originally recorded by the O'Jays. On Billboard's Disco Top-80 chart the single spent a week at #1, while also becoming a top-40 R&B hit at #24.
