This week's "robbed hit" comes from the hair-metal group Winger, who had scored a pair of top-40 pop hits off their debut album in "Seventeen" and "Headed For A Heartbreak" in 1988. Two years later, band namesake Kip Winger and the boys released their second album, In The Heart Of The Young. The lead single was the strip-joint favorite "Can't Get Enuff", written by Kip with band guitarist Reb Beach...
While "Can't Get Enuff" climbed all the way to #6 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock radio chart (their biggest hit on the format), the single stalled right under the pop top-40 in September of 1990.
