This week five new songs debut, starting with the latest winner of Britain's X-Factor show. In the UK, there's always a big race to see who'd be the #1 song during Christmas, a difference from here in the States where the chart usually lies dormant. This year, Burke won out, selling over a million copies and becoming the top single of 2008 there. It's with a cover of the cult classic song by Jeff Buckley, here's "Hallelujah"....



Next up is Korean singer Boa Kwon, going by her stage moniker BoA, who's already a big star in East Asia, makes an appearance on our shores for the first time with the dance number "Eat You Up"...



Italian-based DJ BenDJ teams up with singer Sushy for the Euro-electro sound of "Me & Myself"...



Musician and poet Jimmy D. Robinson has one of his eclectic pieces "A Tiny Shoe" remixed for club consumption and alas, has his first hit. Here's just a snippet...



and finally on quite a different level is hard rock act Disturbed with their new single, "Indestructible"...
