This week's "robbed hit" comes from the glam-metal band Winger, whose sophomore album In The Heart Of The Young had landed them a third top-40 pop hit with the power-ballad "Miles Away", which came after the lead single "Can't Get Enuff" just missed the pop top-40 by a couple of notches. The third release from the record would pick the pace up again for the song "Easy Come Easy Go". Written by lead singer Kip Winger, the piece of advice was accompanied by chunky guitar riffs and cool metal harmonies on the chorus...
While "Easy Come Easy Go" climbed to #20 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock radio chart, the single stopped right short of the pop top-40 at #41 in March of 1991.
