Saturday's here, and it's time to run down my top 100 "hit" tunes from the previous week. Billie Eilish reigns for a second week, while Green Day (pictured above) leap into the top ten. Songs from Jack Harlow, Muni Long, and Brittany Howard make some of the biggest jumps (moves of 10+ places highlighted in red), while former big hits from Calvin Harris/Sam Smith, Wilco, The Band CAMINO, and J. Brown drop off my chart. And under the list everything is Spotify playlisted for 5 1/2 hours of the biggest in pop, rock, R&B, country, and dance music.

 
It's my last "chart week" of 2023, and I'll be starting to tabulate the numbers to find the biggest hits on my chart this year, Stay tuned!

The top debut of the week up at #76 comes from country music singer Mitchell Tenpenny, who finally makes the list with a single that came out at the end of 2022, "We Got History". It's from his This Is The Heavy album...
 

 R&B singer Leela James arrives at #81 with "Right Back In It", from her eighth album Thought U Knew...


Club queen Anabel Englund makes the grade at #87 with her new single, "A Lesson In Chemistry"...


Aussie emo-rap/singer The Kid LAROI, member of K-pop royalty BTS Jungkook, and British grime rapper Central Cee team up at #90 for "Too Much"...


While Mike Shinoda's former band Linkin Park linger at #71 with the "found" track "Lost", his latest solo single "Already Over" checks in at #93...


One of the most successful acts to emerge from American Idol though not even winning, Daughtry, are back at #94 with "Artificial". It's the follow-up to their cover of Journey's "Separate Ways" that made my list earlier this year...


Metalcore band From Ashes To New, who started out in Amish country in Pennsylvania, return at #96 with "Nightmare", from their fourth set Blackout...


Rock singer/songwriter Tim Montana makes his debut on my list at #97 with "The Devil You Know"...
