Twostepcub's music chart for August 5, 2016...



Friday's here, and it's time to run down my top 100 tunes from the previous week. Sia and Sean Paul are on top for a third week, while OneRepublic (pictured above) return to the top five. Former big hits from Lukas Graham and Zara Larsson/MNEK drop off my list, while songs from twenty-one pilots, Shawn Mendes, and Sam Hunt make the biggest jumps (moves of 10+ places highlighted in red). Is it too late to cancel Rio already?

 British DJ Lee Dagger, one-half of the incredible remix team of Bimbo Jones, comes in at #91 with "Drink The Night Away" featuring dance music singer Bex...


Another spinner from London, Jonas Blue, follows up his top-40 hit cover of "Fast Car" with "Perfect Strangers" featuring JP Cooper at #92...


 Beantown DJ Joe Bermudez ascends to #94 with "Sunrise" featuring Louise Carver...


The Revivalists, an alternative rock band from New Orleans, make their debut at #96 with "Wish I Knew You"...


New York singer/songwriter Wrabel, who was on my list here as a featured singer on Afrojack's club hit "Ten Feet Tall", goes one number higher to take "11 Blocks" to the chart at #98...


Neo-soul newcomer RO James enters at #99 with "Permission"...


And as Blake Shelton's "Came Here To Forget" drops out of the top 100, his new song "She's Got A Way With Words" moves in at #100...
