twostepcub's music chart for March 27, 2020...

Friday is here, and it's time to run down my top 100 "hit" tunes from the previous week. Harry Styles spends a second week at #1, while the Unlikely Candidates (pictured above) are one of three acts climbing into the top ten. Former big hits from Jon Pardi, Dermot Kennedy, and Camelphat drop off my list, while songs from Justin Timberlake/SZA, Lady Gaga, and Diana Ross make the biggest jumps (moves of over 10+ places highlighted in red). We can get through this without Cheeto...

Norwegian DJ/producer Kygo has the top debut of the week at #74 with yet another track from a person who died - this time EDM legend Avicii. Kygo took Avicii's unfinished track "Forever Yours" with "out" German singer Sandro Cavazza providing the vocals, and turned it into the club hit that comes in at #74...

The third single from the Black Keys' Let's Rock album, "Shine A Little Light", falls in at #83...

There are two country duets that debut this week, and here's the first. Carly Pearce and Lee Brice team up at #87 with "I Hope You're Happy Now"...

Alternative rock band the Strokes are back at #92 with their first single in seven years, "Bad Decisions"...

The second country duet pairs up the biggest star in the genre right now, Luke Combs, with country-rock critic darling Eric Church for "Does To Me"...

Newcomer Michelle Kash debuts at #96 with a remake of the Depeche Mode classic "Personal Jesus"...

Miley's little sister Noah Cyrus lands at #97 with her collaboration with alt-soul singer Leon Bridges with "July"...

At #98 is DJ/producer Connor Bvrns with "Anthem" featuring vocals from Bonn...

Another "out" gay singer, Joey Suarez, makes his entry on the chart at #99 with his club hit "Alive"...

The final newbie of the week belongs to dance act Love Regenerator, a side project of DJ/producer Calvin Harris, with the neo-techno jam "CP-1" at #100...
