"The Other Side Of Midnight" was a club track from actress/singer Marsha Hunt. It appeared on her album Marsha, which was produced by disco greats Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40, the entire album charted as one entry, with this song, "I Know That He Knows", and "Heartache" singled out for attention, and rose to #15 in 1978. Hunt dated many musicians including Mick Jagger, with whom she had a child and supposedly was the inspiration for "Brown Sugar".
