"I'll Always Love My Mama" was an early disco hit for the R&B vocal group the Intruders. Appearing on their album Save The Children, the song was written by the team of McFadden & Whitehead with help from producers Gamble & Huff. Released in 1973, this came out way before the advent of Billboard's Disco chart, but the song placed at #36 on the pop Hot 100 chart and #6 on their R&B genre list. The song also climbed to #32 in the UK.
