"Why Does It Rain" was a track on Canadian dance group Bob-a-Rela's self-titled debut album in 1979. Put together by the production team of Pat Deserio and George Lagios, it charted along with "Spend The Night" from the album, and climbed to #24 on Billboard's Disco/Dance chart. It was their only success.
