German Sweep November 11, 2016...






Here's the top ten hits in Germany this week, according to their official chart, as "Human" from Rag N' Bone Man rules for a sixth week...

3. "The Greatest" - Sia featuring Kendrick Lamar (3)
4. "The Sound Of Silence" - Disturbed (4)
5. "My Way" - Calvin Harris (5)
6. "Starboy" - The Weeknd featuring Daft Punk (7)
7. "Closer" - the Chainsmokers featuring Halsey (6)
8. "Let Me Love You" - DJ Snake featuring Justin Bieber (8)
9. "Say You Won't Let Go" - James Arthur (DEBUT)
10. "Ohne Mein Team" - Bonez MC & RAF Camera featuring Maxwell (RE-ENTRY)

British singer James Arthur, who won the X Factor UK back in 2012, comes in at #9 with "Say You Won't Let Go". His XF "winner's single", "Impossible", made it to #5 in Germany...

Meanwhile, on the albums chart in Germany, hard rock band Böhse Onkelz, from Hamburg, take the #1 spot in their first week with Memento. It's their first studio album since 2004, and their last five have gone to #1. (Sorry, no YouTube clip to share here as yet...)

Actor and singer (Marius Muller-) Westernhagen lands at #2 with MTV Unplugged. He's had eight #1 albums, including his last studio set Alphatier...


Rapper Kool Savas, from the western city of Aachen, enters at #3 with his mixtape Essahdamus. His last two proper albums topped the chart here...


Actress/singer Ina Müller, from the northern city of Köhlen, earns her fourth top ten placing at #4 with Ich Bin Die ("I am the")...


Hip hop trio DAT ADAM's first full-length album, Hydra 3D, swims in at #5...
